9th January 2013Hot...

  • The hot topic of this morning’s tea break was the hugely anticipated return of Fuerzabruta to London’s Roundhouse. Production Manager, Sam Mount went along on Sunday - “Fuerza Bruta translates literally to brute force which absolutely sums up this show.  A simple but immersive set with music, dance and aerial performance delivered with energy, enthusiasm and a coherent theme.  By placing the show around, above and in the audience visitors can’t help but participate in the wonderfully conceived interactive performances.  Thumping dance music accompanied by live drumming, bright lights and an energy packed performance wows the crowd and leaves them wide eyed with bubbling imaginations.” Check it out here.

25th July 2012Hot...

  • ‘Summer’ is finally here and the place to be on a balmy London evening is definitely the Southbank Centre for Priceless London Wonderground - a magnificent amusement ground of curious gardens, daring rides, titillating sideshows and quirky bars all bathed in a magical carnival atmosphere. Check out the headline show Cantina - A sensational cocktail of glamorous vaudeville and scintillating circus staged inside a traditional circus Spigeltent.

20th February 2012Hot...

  • Danny Boyle's Frankenstein - We flagged this up as a ‘what’s hot’ last April so we’re really pleased to see Danny Boyle pick up the Best Director gong at last night’s awards - the only major UK theatre awards to be voted for entirely by the theatregoing public. Can’t wait to see his Tempest-inspired opening ceremony in August, but before that you can catch Frankenstein again at the National Theatre’s Encore cinema screenings from June.
